방금 제가 착각하고 픽업 신청을 한 것 같네요! 취소 신청을 해야할 것 같은데 찾을 수가 없네요 ㅠㅠ
LOVESPACE 라는 Storage센터에 유학생활동안 쓰던 짐을 맡겨놨는데, 다시 한국으로 짐을 받으려 합니다.
그 곳에서 런던 우체국 주소로 짐을 보내주면, 그 짐을 한국 주소로 배송받고 싶습니다.
크기는 40x40x40 에 20kg 정도 무게 나가는 박스 2개 입니다.
가능할까요?
참고로 물건을 받으실때 필요한 제 정보 3가지는
-제 이름: Jinhui Kim
-Customer ID: 91913
-Order number: 229648
입니다.
또한, 한국 주소는
서울특별시 마포구 서강로 137-7 (04058) (르메이에르타운1, 1501호)
입니다.
제가 필요한 정보는 제 짐을 수령할 런던 우체국의 주소입니다. 그리고 금액은 어느정도 나올까요?

Hi there,
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping but you can arrange for a third-party courier to collect your stuff from our storage facility and ship them back to you. I'm happy to provide instructions for arranging a third-party courier pick-up of your 2 boxes from order 229648 from our storage facility:
1. Choose a courier who will ship or deliver your stuff. I've included your storage facility name and address below in case you need it as you search.
2. Once this is confirmed, place a return order in your LOVESPACE account. Make sure to:
select the delivery date as the date the courier will pick up the items from our storage facility,
enter the storage facility address (below) as the delivery address and
include any details about the courier in the delivery notes.
3. Then, email us at info@lovespace.co.uk with any labels and helpful details your third-party courier provides. We’ll also then make sure you’re refunded for anything you paid above the £2 per box or other item handling fee.
4. Finally, ask the third-party courier to provide your name, customer ID number and order number on arrival at our storage facility so that we know we are dispatching the right customer's boxes to the right courier.
